Once the case is resolved, you will receive a closed case notification via email. You will receive updates/communications via email. Software issues with CourseLeaf Section Scheduler (CLSS) will be tracked and monitored via Salesforce by the CLSS support team: you submit an inquiry, you will receive a New Case notification email stating the Case #.Ī member of the CLSS support team will communicate with you via email.
